Running from January 23rd, to March, 12th, 2016, at La Maison du Limousin, the exhibition “La tenture Olympe de Gouge“, will be showcasing one of the most important works of art of the artist and humanist Jacques Fadat.

La tenture Olympe de Gouge is in fact an exhibition that puts together 17 Aubusson tapestries, where Jacques Fadat presented in a very artistic way the essence of the 17 articles of the “Declaration of the Women Rights and the Female Citizen,” written in 1791.

La tenture Olympe de Gouge is a significant exhibition celebrating Women, through which Jacques Fadat honored 17 of the most influencing women marking French history.

The exhibition is in fact focusing on honoring Women and highliting their great historical importance through impressive works of art, and what makes it even more special is that Jacques Fadat’s tapestries will be featured on several international websites.
