Picasso Primitif

Picasso Primitif

In an attempt to spotlight the relationship of Picasso with non-Western art and offer a comparative view of his work with works by non-European artists, the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac is putting on display the exhibition “Picasso Primitif’.

Held at the Galerie Jardin of the museum, the exhibition has been attracting a remarkable number of visitors since its opening on March 28th. It runs until July 23rd and covers an interesting selection of documents, letters, photographs, as well as many other objects from Picasso’s private collection.

Les Grands Hotels Parisiens are at a few minutes’ walk from the Musée du quai Branly. So, mark your calendar!

“Picasso Primitif’ is organized by the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, in collaboration with the Musée National Picasso-Paris.
