LaPlage includes free concerts, musical showcases, afternoons of clubbing, rock and roll flea markets and other activities meant to pump of music fans during the summer. From indie rock, pop and folk to electro, dub step and reggae, a wide variety of musical genres are represented during the LaPlage festivities.
Guests staying at one of the Grands Hôtels Parisiens can join in on the fun during their stay in Paris as different events are spread out throughout the weeks. On the weekdays, there is an eclectic agenda that puts the spotlight on lesser-known musical acts. Then, on the weekend, visitors can really let their hair down. On Saturdays, there is clubbing from noon to midnight, featuring bass music, house and techno. Sunday is a family day when brunches, flea markets and showcases are planned.
No matter what day visitors come, they are guaranteed to find something going on. For the first time since the launch of LaPlage, the event is open every day of the week until it ends on September 20.
