From January 23rd until February 19th, 2017, the Opera de Paris organizes a new performance of Così fan tutte, one of the most popular and extraordinary operas that were composed by the leading composer of the Classical era Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, at the Opera Garnier.
Così fan tutte had its world premiere on January 26th, 1790, at the Burgtheaterin theater, in Vienna. It was written in Italian language by the Italian opera librettist who wrote The Marriage of Figaro (1786) and Don Giovanni (1787), Lorenzo Da Ponte.
The new show at Palais Garnier will take place under the conduction of the famous and talented conductor Philippe Jordan.
